This fast-paced, four-week class will take beginning screenwriters through the three-act structure, formatting, characters, the sequence approach, subplots, scenes, dialogue and much more. If you've always wanted to write a screenplay, or if you've written a screenplay or two and want to brush up on the basics, this class will give you hands-on experience taught by a working screenwriter.

Sean Williams is a screenwriter, who relocated from Los Angeles to San Diego two years ago. Currently a producer with Psychic Bunny, Sean is writing a pilot for a producer with a deal at NBC-Universal, and a television show optioned by an independent producer. Previously he served as a professional story analyst. He's written coverage for New Line Cinema, The Kennedy/Marshall Company, and East of Doheny (Producer Kelly Gonda - A TIME FOR DANCING, Broadway's GREY GARDENS), and Commotion Pictures (Producer Steve Stabler - DUMB AND DUMBER).  He's also written numerous speculative scripts for film, television and theatre, and produced two feature films (THE BEAT and BLUES) and various shorts and student films.  Sean graduated cum laude from USC with a BA in Cinema-Television: Production.
