Karen Trapane is an environmental health and safety professional currently working in healthcare.  Her hobbies include singing and photography.  Although Karen has been published for feature articles in Cabo San Lucas Magazine and Occupational Hazards Magazine, it has always been her dream to write more creatively.  She began practicing with the Thursday Writers group almost one year ago and feels that this write-a-thon could possibly unleash the creative soul she knows lives within her eager flesh. She dreams of writing something good enough to read at Dime Stories one day and enjoys the community that is San Diego Writers.
