This is the gathering where we honor our volunteers, welcome new and returning members and, all in all, celebrate the people who make up the organization. We couldn't do it without you. ... because you loved it so much last year, and because it was a great success, and because nobody loves books more than a bunch of writers, we've decided to combine our annual meeting with The Great Book Exchange. Here's how The Book Exchange works: Donate three or more of your favorite books—the good ones that you’ve loved, but are ready to part with,* and buy someone else’s for a better-than-used-bookstore price. Treat yourself to an evening of refreshments, camaraderie, lots of good literary discussion, and support the finest writers' organization in San Diego (that would be us).
