• Registration deadline for this special workshop is October 5.
• You may pay for this workshop in two installments, but full payment must be made by Oct. 5.

• Refunds on cancellations will be made if notice is received by October 5. A non-refundable handling fee of $10.00 is included in the registration fee.
• If the event is cancelled by SDWInk, your total registration fee will be refunded.
