| | Ideas and Cultivating Their Magic
Everyone can write but sometimes we let inconvenient things like thinking get in our way. Using different modalities such as props, music, visuals, and improv comedy we will disengage thought and liberate words that have just been waiting for a moment to spill onto the page into fiction, non-fiction, prose, or simply practice. In this workshop, we relax and play with words and when we stumble upon things we like, we will apply playful tools that take the piece to the next level. The day will give seasoned writers tools to go deeper and juicier and will give new writers a success experience that inspires more. Be the first to sample the wacky writing prompts from Jill's new book, The Awe-manac: A Daily Dose of Wonder.
