The plot, the whole plot, and nothing but the plot…

Learn solid techniques for plot and subplot, and keep the tension rising in your novel. This workshop teaches you to organize a plot from prologue to epilogue. You will create two timelines for your novel – chronological and dramatic – and create outlines for major plot scenes as well as subplot. Scenes will be ordered to create rising tension, and each scene will be analyzed for a goal, obstacle and conflict. You will learn to highlight key moments in your plot, including the “point-of-no-return,” and the crucible. Use this workshop to outline a logical and compelling plot.

Sign up for Part I or Part II, or both – all levels of writers are welcome.

Part II: Amazing Characters will be presented Saturday, March 20
